There is no account on this site

srs.credit has no sign-in, no password and no user account, and these terms cover reading a public website and nothing else.

The account for this family of sites lives on uksrs.org.uk, and the terms that govern it are the terms of service at uksrs.org.uk.

The account is made on uksrs.org.uk and is governed by the uksrs.org.uk terms of service; in short:

The account is optional. Nothing on these sites needs an account. Accounts are made and held on uksrs.org.uk, and the member app is free while it is in beta.

Acceptable use. Do not try to reach another member's data or any part of the service you have not been given, do not interfere with it, overload it or probe it for weaknesses, and do not use it to break the law or anyone's rights.

The agent's answers are not advice. The member agent's answers are information with citations. They are not legal, financial, accounting or other regulated or professional advice, and they must not be the only basis of a reporting or compliance decision.

Your figures are your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter and the documents you upload, and for having the right to share them. Colleagues in your organisation can read what you add.

What this site is

An independent reference, not advice

SRS Credit is an independent reference on carbon credits in UK sustainability reporting: what a carbon credit is, how rating agencies describe their grades, and what UK SRS S2 asks a company to disclose about its planned use of credits.

What SRS Credit is not

It does not broker, value, trade, verify, rate, audit, register or advise on carbon credits.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, or a substitute for your own auditor, reporting accountant or counsel.

SRS Credit is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or by any other regulator.

Using the content

Read it, cite it, attribute it

You may read, reference and cite this site’s content, including within your own organisation, provided you attribute SRS Credit as the source.

Please do not imply an endorsement that does not exist, republish substantial portions as your own, or present the content as official government or regulatory guidance.
