Who this policy covers

This policy covers srs.credit, operated by Fractional Quest Ltd (Company No. 17322105, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ). SRS Credit is an independent reference on carbon credits in UK sustainability reporting — it does not broker, value, trade, verify, rate, audit, register or advise on carbon credits, and is not a client-facing service in the ordinary sense.

Information we collect

When you browse the site

Vercel, our hosting provider, logs standard request metadata (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) for security and reliability purposes. This site does not currently run its own analytics or advertising trackers.

When you book a consultation

The /book page embeds Cal.com’s scheduling widget. If you book a call, the name, email address and any notes you provide are collected and processed by Cal.com on our behalf, and are governed by Cal.com’s own privacy policy. We forward a ?src= query parameter so bookings made from this site are attributed correctly; it carries no personal data.

When you email us

If you email hello@uksrs.org.uk, we hold your email address, name (if given) and message for as long as needed to respond and keep a reasonable record afterwards.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries and, where requested, arrange a call.
To keep the site secure and working.
To understand, in aggregate, which reference pages are useful.

We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Sharing

Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the site and the booking flow (Vercel for hosting, Cal.com for scheduling), or where required by law.

Cookies

This site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. The Cal.com embed on /book may set cookies required for its own scheduling functionality, governed by Cal.com’s policy linked above.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it. Email hello@uksrs.org.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
